Rafters and adjoining framework have to be replaced here.

Bathroom storage area: After cabinet removal the leak was very evident.

Storage area: Removal of paneling reveals rotten wall framework.

Bathroom floor: The leak down the wall inside the storage area has taken its toll on the floor.

Bathroom floor: Same area as viewed through outside storage door.

Bathroom floor: After removal of the back off the trailer and some plywood floor, the extensive structural floor damage is visible.

Rot is extensive here. The entire back has to be rebuilt along with 4 feet of the side.

Hornets got in to nest via a hole from a removed TV antenna. Look at top left. They never covered the hole.

Gross mess from hundreds of dead hornets in the wall. These were the only bugs in the whole trailer.

Kitchen leak: Rusty water stains are visible on the kitchen wall paneling. Water came in through the roof, into the overhead cabinets, and through the range hood.

Rotten wall: After removing a section of siding, the wall area around the furnace vent is very rotten.

Water under linoleum: After pulling up some of the linoleum water staining is visible. Not sure how the water got there.
