Bathroom ceiling: You can see the sagging from the water leaks.

Main ceiling: The only thing holding the wood panel up there is the vinyl coating.

Ceiling delamination: This is the worst leak area. Much delamination is visible here.

Ceiling - A/C area: After removal of the A/C the ceiling nearly caved in. The panels are so wet, there is nothing holding them together.

After removal of vents, A/C etc. many long hours were spent removing several layers of roof sealants. RV rubber roof membrane material is called EPDM.

Ready for removal of screws to effect the roof skin removal.

This is my "sardine can" imitation. No dead fish here, but lots of rotten wood.

After removal of the skimpy insulation the ceiling rot is very apparent.

Over the bed area water poured in. A sparrow would fall through here. I can poke my finger right through.

After a painstaking process of removing rusty screws the roof is lifted up onto blocks.

After lifting the roof up taking out the first panel was easy. This one was the least damaged and came out in large chunks.

Skeleton framework. Rafters are intact but perimeter 1X2 has to be replaced.
